In this 20 minute intro video we focus on a calming and peaceful practice to connect back to our heart. Introducing basic seated postures that open up the neck shoulders and hips while awakening the spine.
We will also introduce a simple Lotus Mudra. Mudra's are hand gestures used in yoga to open up and redirect energy channels in the body. Lotus Mudra is particularly wonderful for fertility as it represents purity and calm. It inspires perseverance similar to the lotus flower rising above the murky waters releasing fear and attachment as you connect to the beauty of your soul.
